We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if not, we understand! Simply follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth return!
DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE
Once you receive your order, inspect it immediately to ensure it is not damaged or defective. If you believe you have a damaged or defective product, you have 5 days to contact us at email@example.com to address the issue. In the subject line, please indicate “DAMAGED ITEM” and order number and we will make sure your damaged item is replaced as soon as possible. We cannot make any exceptions once you have exceeded that time frame.
In order to receive a refund, we must receive your item(s) within 14 days from the time you receive it. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate “REFUND” and order number in the subject line. If your return is received after 14 days, you will be issued a store credit. Upon inspection of the returned merchandise, we will send you an email notifying you of your refund*. Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card within 10 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping charges
*Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and put back in its original packaging. If items appear to be worn (ex. deodorant and/or makeup stains, fragrances, smoke, etc), we will send the items back to you without exception and declined a refund.
If you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size, simply place a new order for that exact item with the correct size and send the incorrect item back for your refund within 14 days. Please contact us at email@example.com and indicate “EXCHANGE” and order number in the subject line.
